Mark has performed fantastic work for me on more than one occasion. Once was for an "emergency " when I had a roof leak that I only became aware of when the ceiling in my kitchen developed a wet spot. His response was swift and his crew had it rectified in short order. So, after years of accumulated hail damage, I obviously called Mark when my insurance company said I needed a new roof. He was knowledgeable and very thorough in dealing with the insurance company and really took control of all of the coordination with the insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with that. What a relief that was! His crew was punctual, courteous , and hard working. I have a steep, difficult to work on roof, but they had it completed in a couple of days. After finding roof damage, I contacted my HO insurance company. Mark met with the adjuster and made sure all affected areas were included in the appraisal. Turns out, I had the type of policy didn't cover much of anything because my roof was older than 10 years. Mark worked with the numbers and put together a quote that I could finagle funds around and afford it. Mark gave me a quote and stood by it with no surprises of any kind.
