Mark worked with my insurance adjuster and installed a level four (impact resistant) roof on my home. His crew completed the job in one day and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Mark is a great guy to work with, friendly and low-pressure, but very competent.

Mark has performed fantastic work for me on more than one occasion. Once was for an "emergency " when I had a roof leak that I only became aware of when the ceiling in my kitchen developed a wet spot. His response was swift and his crew had it rectified in short order. So, after years of accumulated hail damage, I obviously called Mark when my insurance company said I needed a new roof. He was knowledgeable and very thorough in dealing with the insurance company and really took control of all of the coordination with the insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with that. What a relief that was! His crew was punctual, courteous , and hard working. I have a steep, difficult to work on roof, but they had it completed in a couple of days. I have had zero problems with it. I get multiple calls weekly from people wanting to inspect my roof. It feels good to tell them that I already have a roofer, should I need one. I certainly have confidence in Mark for his knowledge and service in the roofing business. I am more impressed with the person who Mark is. He is ethical and his integrity is unquestioned. Mark provided very personal service. He helped us understand how to navigate the complexities of working with our insurance company. He gave choices for roofing materials and took the time to explain the different grades of products available. Work was done in a timely manner with excellent workmanship. Mark was on-site during the installation and cleanup to insure everything was taken care of. I would recommend Mark Ferguson Roofing and Construction if you need roof repair or replacement.

After finding roof damage, I contacted my HO insurance company. Mark met with the adjuster and made sure all affected areas were included in the appraisal. Turns out, I had the type of policy didn't cover much of anything because my roof was older than 10 years. Mark worked with the numbers and put together a quote that I could finagle funds around and afford it. Mark gave me a quote and stood by it with no surprises of any kind. The crew was professional and fast! If I do need a roof in the future, I will be calling Mark to do the work.

Mark and his team were great to work with! My insurance company decided I had to have a roof replacement in order to renew my homeowner's insurance for another year - with about 3 weeks notice. They were able to work with my insurance company on the inspection - and complete the entire project before my renewal was due. Will 100% be calling them again when more storms hit!

He replaced our roof, which has endured the storms and winds of the passed year. Also, Mark has helped with some "odds and ends" of some repairs that were needed in addition to the work contracted.
